Everybody Plays Vivo Admission will be by donation with special activities set up around the facility. All money will go to Everybody Plays Initiative. Perfect for the whole family. Vivo 4pm-8pm

Think Big Learn why humans need to be social to be healthy. Central Library 6pm-8pm

Mochas and Marshmallows Run If you think hot chocolate is the perfect way to warm up, don’t miss this mochas and marshmallows run. After running a 3.5km or 6km route you’ll be treated t some gourmet hot chocolate. Great way to bait some non cold weather runners. There will be awards for the top 3 male and female in the 6km. Sunalta Community Centre 4:30pm-7pm $20-$25

Sight Night Take part in a 3km, 5km or 8km run in the dark with headlights. Registration includes headlight with money raised going to Alberta Sport and Recreation Association for the Blind. Eau Claire 5:30pm $45

Crush Camp Open House Both Crush Camp locations are having open houses. The 6th Ave location will have free classes and fascial stretch demos and East Village location will have studio tours and smoothie samples. Both Crush Camp locations 9am-1pm

“Local Love” Flow Yoga for Wellspring Take part in a flow yoga class with proceeds going to Wellspring. Fix Physio 11:30am-12:30pm By Donation

Winterfest Celebrate National Child Day and explore Ralph Klein Park. There will be guided tours, a family fitness circuit, crafts, children’s play exhibitors birdwatching and other wildlife facts. Ralph Klein Park 1pm-3pm

Community Yoga Trial If you haven’t tried Community Yoga in Cochrane, they have a free one week trial for new members. Get out of the city and try some yoga in a log cabin studio. Community Yoga Times vary

Spin+Stretch Movember Take part in a spin class followed by some stretching to cool down. All proceeds go to Prostate Cancer. Fit Republic 7pm-8:15pm Min $20 donation

Open Doors Check out The Academy, previously Heavens Fitness. There will be free workouts, classes, treats and prizes. If you come with a friend, you can both get some savings. The Academy Classes form 6am-7:30pm

Grey Cup Celebrations Start Head outside and enjoy some of the Grey Cup activities. Some of the active highlights include a giant tube slide and family zone with an obstacle course and mini golf. Stampede Park 6:30pm-9:30pm Also open Nov 21, 22, 23

Nov 21

Backcountry YYC Safety Night Learn from a panel about their fun backcountry adventures and how you can mitigate risk. There will be equipment demos and beer with proceeds going to Avalanche Canada. The Source Snowboards 7pm-10pm $5

Nov 22

Olympic Plaza is open and there is fire pits and free skate rental for the Grey Cup. Free Skate rental Nov 21,22 4pm-9:30pm Nov 23 12pm-9:30pm
