Winter Walk Day Bundle up and head outside for a winter walk on Winter Walk Day. Walking can help decrease stress, improve your mood and help with concentration so while it may be cold, walking is usually worth it even in winter.
Thursday February 8
Crush Camp Industry Classes If you find that you can never make it out to fitness classes because you are working in the evenings Crush Camp will be holding early afternoon classes. Try it out for free this week. 2:15

Winter Bike to Work Day Celebrate winter biking by stopping at Eau Claire for a free breakfast on your way to work.
YYC Cycle Give’r Class Every Friday at all YYC Cycle locations there is a $10 class with money going towards a charity. This months charity is Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
Saturday February 10
Hypothermic Half Marathon If you don’t mind the winter chill, gear up and take part in this winter half or full marathon. With both an 8am start time and an 11am start time you can also choose whether you want to sleep in or not. $80
Love2Run If you aren’t as much of a diehard runner or cold lover you can take part in the 5km Love2Run series. Free to register with proceeds going to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. 9am
Yoga Nova Grand Opening Warm up by trying Yoga Nova’s classes and coffee. You can also enter to win prizes. 8:30-4
Sunday February 11
