Winter Walk Bundle up and go for a winter walk early in the morning to catch sight of the Super Blue Blood Moon. If you don’t know what that is it’s when the moon will appear bigger and red.

Pilates Principles Workshop Junction 9 is offering free Pilates principles Workshop for the month of January. They’re a perfect introduction to pilates for people that want to try it out. 5pm

Rocky Ridge YMCA Grand Opening If you haven’t managed to make it to the Rocky Ridge YMCA yet check out their grand opening. 10am-12pm

Calgary Cycle Service School If you’re new to biking or servicing your bike Calgary Cycle is running bike maintenance clinics every Thursday in February. Bikes will be provided to practice on.

Ultimate Ninja Challenge If you missed the first Ninja Challenge you have another chance to take part in a Ninja Warrior event. Kids ages 7 and up can also take part. 8:00am $50

Free High Fitness Class If you haven’t had the chance to try out a HIGH fitness class yet now here’s your chance. 5 awesome HIGH fitness instructors will be there. 9:30am

The Purpose Project By donation yoga class at Junction 9 with proceeds going to The Emma House. 9am

Free Fitness at the Core For the month of February enjoy a free zumba class every Sunday. 11am

Share The Glove Take part in a cardio boxing class at Undrcard with proceeds going to Kids Cancer Care. 12:30pm min $20 donation

One Cycle Community Ride Take part in a spin class with money going to support the OneBall Charity. 4pm

February 5

Try Us 4 Free If you want to get into running or simply see if you like it the Running Room starts their Try Us 4 Free series on February 5. Every week you can take part in a 10-15 minute series on running basics followed by a roughly 40 minute run. At all Calgary Running Room locations at various times.
